Celebrating 25 Years

August 20th marks the 25th Anniversary of our firm, ELM | Ervin Lovett Miller.

Russ Ervin, Steve Lovett, and Tim Miller started ELM together on August 20, 2001, and celebrated today with the entire ELM Team sharing a celebratory lunch at one of our favorite projects and places, Timuquana Country Club.

We’re grateful for so much.

…for three founding partners who are also close friends. Russ & Steve continue to lead the firm as partners, while Tim is thriving in retirement, enjoying his second career as a grandparent.

…for the wonderful clients who have entrusted us with their work, some since our first days as a firm, and who have become great friends over the years. There’s something unique, special, and fun about the experience of working together to create great places and projects together.

…for our consultants and technical experts whose collaboration has made our ideas real and projects perform.

…and for our team—a diverse collection of architects, landscape architects, planners, and supporting staff who bring their skill, energy, personality, and good humor to the studio every day. We’ve had so many awesome members of the ELM Team over the past 25 years that have been key to the firm’s success and brought joy to our work together.
