In contrast with larger consulting firms, ELM favors a more intimate multidisciplinary studio structure and highly experienced team committed to the creation and preservation of great places. We leave our ego behind and focus on innovative thinking and creativity, understanding and interpreting each client’s vision and objectives with attentive, personalized service.
Although ELM is a smaller firm, the team’s experience and efficient structure enables the firm to successfully complete and bring value to large, complicated, multi-dimensional projects--or small, highly detailed projects. Because of the firm’s boutique scale and integrated nature, we purposefully limit the number of projects that we accept at any given time, ensuring that significant principal involvement can occur throughout all phases of each project.
We have found that a smaller practice structure allows us to provide better service, build stronger relationships, and have more fun.
