ELM provided Planning and Landscape Architectural services for an assisted living and memory care residential facility developed in San Jose. This premier adult community features resort-style amenities promoting exceptional comfort, beauty, and quality of life.
The design highlights the site's natural edges and mature woodland setting, and is enhanced with beautiful low water use plantings, varied paving and hardscape treatments, and varied sensory experiences.
ELM’s design included a central courtyard for group and family gatherings, residents’ lawn, informal seating areas, and walking paths.
