THE GROVE AT SEASCAPE RESORT

The Grove is a new luxury Mediterranean style condominium development within walking distance of Seascape Resort’s 2,000 feet of pristine white-sand private beach, restaurants, entertainment venues, golf and tennis on Florida’s Northwest Coast in beautiful Miramar Beach.

ELM served as the planner and landscape architect for The Grove at Seascape, a new resort living and vacation community at Seascape Resort.

The ELM team was responsible for the overall master plan, amenity design and planning, as well as the landscape architectural design of the Grove Amenities including a resort style pool with a lazy river, social area and zero entry, an additional family pool, sun decks and covered seating, open air pavilions, event lawn, artificial turf field, bathhouses, playground, tree grove and fire pit, pickleball courts, volleyball courts and dog park.
