Riverside Presbyterian Day School Campus Improvement Plan
JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA
ELM worked collaboratively with Riverside Presbyterian Church and Riverside Presbyterian Day School to establish a shared vision for the campus facilities, resulting in a transformative Master Campus Improvement Plan.
The focus of the plan was to create a cohesive, unified campus, improve signage and wayfinding, eliminate vehicular and pedestrian conflicts and support the collective mission of the church and school, located in Jacksonville's historic Riverside neighborhood.
The Rice Sports Zone was the hallmark outcome of the new Master Plan. This dynamic, enriching outdoor environment was created through the design of a new multipurpose children's play field and running track, a lighted multipurpose basketball sports court, an expanded playground, and outdoor picnic areas.
