ELM provided planning, architecture, and landscape architecture services for approximately 23 acres east of Crosswater Parkway. To date, ten multi-tenant retail and commercial buildings, including outparcels, have been completed, with another phase currently in planning. Project footprints range from a 5,100-square-foot outparcel to multi-tenant retail and restaurant buildings ranging from 7,000 to 11,600 square feet and also include a 25,000-square-foot Publix Greenwise.

Additionally, ELM designed four buildings west of Crosswater Parkway, adding more than 33,000 square feet of retail, restaurant, and medical office space to the Town Center.
