Kendall Town has been planned as a regional destination consisting of commercial anchor stores, hotels, 1200 multi-family units, office sites, neighborhood local shops, recreational lakes and parks, and bike paths.
ELM provided master planning services during the visioning and rezoning process, architectural services in the design of principle community structures and main street buildings, landscape architectural services in the design and construction of community parks and recreation areas, public roadway networks, common areas and primary entrances. Community signage and wayfinding was designed in concert with landscape and architectural themes.
