ELM provided planning, architecture, landscape architecture, and construction administration services for the Grande Dunes North Village Amenity Center in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The 10,000-square-foot amenity building is organized around a central open-air covered breezeway, connecting a beautifully appointed clubroom, community hub, meeting room, and offices with state-of-the-art fitness facilities.

Outdoor amenities extend the community experience with a 7,000-square-foot resort-style pool featuring zero-entry access and sun-shelves; a poolside pavilion with a summer kitchen, firepit, and event lawn. Three pickleball courts with a trellised entry and shade structures, along with a playground, provide additional opportunities for recreation and gathering throughout the site.
