ETOWN WELCOME CENTER

eTown, located in Jacksonville Florida, is an exciting new planned development featuring single family and multi-family residential homes as well as a variety of commercial and office uses. eTown fosters a lifestyle centered around technology, convenience and sustainability. 

ELM provided programming, site planning and architecture and landscape architecture services for the community’s Welcome Center, a nearly 4,800 sq. ft. building on a 1.5-acre site that includes a cafe, palm tree bosque and event lawn.
