ELM designed the new headquarters for Downtown Vision Inc. (DVI) in Jacksonville, FL, with a focus on creating a vibrant and cohesive space that supports DVI's mission to make Downtown Jacksonville a premier destination for work, living, and entertainment. By consolidating their operations into a single, accessible location, DVI is better positioned to engage with the community and enhance downtown revitalization efforts. Having outgrown their previous office in the Ed Ball Building, the new 14,623± sq. ft. facility is strategically located in the heart of downtown Jacksonville.

The previously vacant ground floor space within the six-level Duval Street parking garage, built in 2005, has been transformed by ELM into an industrial-styled, multifunctional headquarters. The new headquarters includes 8,162 sq. ft. of functional space featuring an entry hall, a future welcome center with a retail storefront, meeting and training rooms, a break room, offices, and an open work area. Additionally, 6,461 sq. ft. is designated for storage and operations, supporting DVI’s Ambassador program, which plays an important role in keeping Downtown Jacksonville clean, safe, and vibrant for residents and visitors alike.
