PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA

ELM provided conceptual master planning for Arden, an “agrihood” community in Palm Beach County, Florida, based upon program and development direction determined in collaboration with the client.

The master planning process for the community, which places an emphasis on healthy living, access to nature and and an outdoor lifestyle, included establishing a program and identifying sites for community parks and amenities, including a working farm and a two-level resort-style pool.
