the OCEAN CLUBHOUSE AT THE AMELIA ISLAND CLUB

ELM led the renovation of the Ocean Clubhouse (Ocean Club) at the Amelia Island Club, a private, member-owned club located on Amelia Island Plantation. The Ocean Clubhouse was originally constructed in 1995.

Approved by a majority vote of the club membership, the renovations to the 17,500 sq. ft. clubhouse will encompass improvements to upscale and casual dining spaces, oceanfront members’ bar, meeting and gathering areas within the clubhouse, and enhancements to the pool deck, observation deck and outdoor areas. An addition to the building’s north end will further improve member experience by increasing and enhancing membership areas, event space and storage capacity throughout the club.
