WESTLAKE AMENITY CENTER + POOL

Located in western Palm Beach County, Westlake is a new, 4,000-acre city that will eventually house 2 million sq. ft. of shopping, office, and business space, and 4,500 homes within its city limits. 

ELM designed the 14-acre community amenity, including the primary amenity club building, pavilions and concession area, BMX pump park, and large lagoon pool with slide tower. The expansive amenity center will be a powerful marketing tool to drive home sales and build awareness of the south Florida community, while providing a family-friendly place for residents to pursue an active lifestyle and spend time outdoors.
