TRAILMARK
ST. JOHNS, FLORIDA
ELM provided comprehensive community master planning and recreational trail design for the 1,300-acre TrailMark neighborhood situated among the waterways and lakes created by Six Mile Creek, as well as architectural and landscape architectural services for the 7,400-square-foot outdoor-inspired amenities and welcome center.
The Camp House, a 1,990-sq-ft open-air pavilion, serves as the social heart of the community where residents can enjoy a variety of events and social activities while enjoying views of the large central lake. Additional amenities include multi-purpose playfields, sports courts for sand volleyball, pickleball, and basketball, and a state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking a resort-style pool with beach entry.
The expansive bike and pedestrian trail system that ELM has integrated throughout Trailmark’s master plan fully engages the neighborhood parks and preserved forests, connecting residents to their community and surrounding natural environment. Future plans also include a kayak launch along Six Mile Creek.
