The Landing at TWO RIVERS

Located northeast of Tampa in Pasco County, Two Rivers is a thoughtfully planned community designed to celebrate natural beauty, recreation, and connection. As the community’s master planner, architect, and landscape architect, ELM envisioned and delivered The Landing, the primary amenity center and a private social club for resident members.

At more than 8,500 square feet, the Clubhouse offers a welcoming, contemporary setting for casual dining and social gatherings. Featuring indoor and outdoor dining options, a bar, private dining room, reception area, staff offices, conference room, and a full-service kitchen.

Adjacent to the Clubhouse, the 7,600+ square foot Wellness Center provides a state-of-the-art fitness experience. The center features a strength training room, group fitness and movement studios, and cycling with views over a dedicated yoga lawn, creating an immersive environment for mind-body wellness.

The Landing’s Racquet Sports Complex includes four tennis courts and eight pickleball courts, providing space for both casual play and competitive matches. Aquatic amenities include a resort-style pool incorporating interactive water features and seamlessly integrated landscape architecture, zero-entry access, a three-story slide tower, and a dedicated six-lane lap pool for water based fitness classes and lap swimming.

Surrounding The Landing are lushly landscaped outdoor gathering spaces designed for connection and community life. An event lawn, palm court, and covered open-air pavilions offer flexible venues for celebrations and casual meet-ups. Children can explore a nature-inspired playground featuring Robinia wooden play structures from Kompan, designed for inclusive play amidst natural surroundings.
