SILAS PARK

Located on Hutchinson Island, directly across the Savannah River from the historic downtown district of Savannah, Silas Park is a 288 unit, four story, six building premium rental community. ELM created the master plan, architectural schematic design and landscape architectural design for this new luxury apartment community. The community features a clubhouse with a leasing office, social and co-working spaces, an expansive fitness studio, resort style saltwater pool with sundeck, pool pavilion, grill stations, open lawn areas for games and events and a palm tree lined social courtyard with fire pit and festoon lighting.
