SALTAIRE

Saltaire is an ambitious mixed-use retail and residential development spanning a 24.5-acre site, located at U.S. 98 and Moll Drive in Walton County, FL. ELM led the planning and design for their standout amenity center and clubhouse, serving an anticipated 256 apartment units.

The design features a resort-style pool integrated into a community lake and greenspace, an expansive dog park, and trails with pedestrian access to an existing public park. The commercial parcels along U.S. 98 will be anchored by a 15,000 square foot grocery store surrounded by boutique shops, entertainment, and restaurants.
