ELM served as the planner, architect, and landscape architect for Plantation Bay in Ormond Beach, Florida. The ELM team led the design of the overall master plan, as well as the architecture and landscape architecture for key community amenities. This included a luxurious spa and fitness facility, a fitness pool, a social pool with zero-entry, bocce ball courts, tennis courts, an event lawn overlooking the lake, and a front entry guard house. Each element was thoughtfully designed to enhance the community experience, offering a blend of recreation, relaxation, and security in a beautifully integrated setting.
