MARKETPLACE AT NOCATEE
NOCATEE, FLORIDA
ELM provided planning, architectural, and landscape architectural design services for Marketplace at Nocatee. Thoughtfully integrated into one of the fastest-growing master-planned communities in the country, the project enhances convenience, access, and daily services for residents while supporting continued neighborhood growth and local retail demand.
Anchored by a 48,848 SF Publix supermarket featuring a convenient drive-thru pharmacy, the Marketplace also includes a 9,100 SF Publix Liquors and an additional 8,400 SF commercial retail building adjacent to the main store.
