ELM redesigned one of the highest-profile buildings in San Marco’s historic shopping district to accommodate the new headquarters of Industry West, a progressive e-commerce furniture company.

Formerly an art gallery, the 4,030-square-foot space was renovated to incorporate a variety of space uses to provide a fresh and dynamic environment consistent with the innovative, high-quality look and feel of Industry West’s products.

Anchored around a central meeting room, the redesigned interior includes an innovative display wall near the entry, flexible workspaces, private offices, and an outdoor lounge. ELM’s design exposes the historic character of the ceiling structure, and 14-foot glass storefront windows take full advantage of the building’s prominent location in San Marco Square on Atlantic Boulevard.
