GATE ALWAYS FRESH MARKET + Car wash

Recognizing the demand for fresher, healthier foods and increasing competition in the market, the Gate Petroleum Company approached ELM about creating new and innovative ways to present their products to their customers. From this emerged ELM’s “Always Fresh Market”, which has become Gate’s prototype convenience store. This concept creates a new welcoming customer experience, expands the quality of food offerings, and is an upgrade in quality and architectural appearance with each store designed to adapt to the unique context of each individual location.

Together with the Always Fresh Market concept, ELM worked with the client to refine the Gate Express Car Wash into a favorable alternative to conventional, unattractive car washes. This partnership has resulted in the transformation of more than 30 retail, fuel, and car wash facilities; transforming Gate’s brand and providing a valuable and distinguished service to customers.
