PUBLIX AT ETOWN

eTown, located in Jacksonville Florida, is an exciting new planned development featuring single family and multi-family residential homes as well as a variety of commercial and office uses. eTown fosters a lifestyle centered around technology, convenience and sustainability. 

ELM provided planning, architecture and landscape architecture services for the community’s shopping center in Exchange East, located in the eTown Village Center. The retail center anchored by Publix is approximately 48,000 sq. ft. which is dedicated to a Publix Supermarket, Publix Liquors and Publix Pharmacy drive-thru. Additional retail and restaurant tenants as well as multiple outparcels also add approximately 40,000 square feet to the center.
